Rooftop Pool & Surrounding Social Area
  • No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.
  • No loud music.
  • Proper bathing suits must be worn while using the pool.
  • Children under 12 must have an adult supervising at all times.
  • Infants must wear waterproof diapers.

Jacuzzi & Saunas
  • Minors under 16 must have an adult with them.

Gym
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Weights are not to be dropped or thrown

Elevators & Lobby
  • Please do not enter a lobby or elevator when wet
  • Proper attire is required at all times in social areas; bathing suits without coverups are now allowed

General
  • There is no smoking in any of the common areas, including the lobby.
  • All guests must be registered prior to entering the building
  • Do not throw anything from your balconies, including cigarette butts. This is a danger to others below you and a fire hazard.

Prostitution
  • Prostitutes will not be allowed on the premises. If you sneak one in, then you are liable for a fine.
