Casa Bonita is a residential apartment building in one of the most beautiful areas of Panama. We are located in the heart of a resort with views of the Pacific Ocean, the Panama Canal, the mountains and the jungle. Because you will be staying in a residential community, you will be responsible for abiding by the communities rules. As such, this website is here to help you understand these rules and regulations.

Please take a moment to read the rules and regulations of the building that all owners and guests must abide by. The rules are based on safety, common sense, and courtesy toward your neighbors. If you have any questions, contact your property manager. It is your responsibility to understand these rules. Breaking a rule could result in a fine, which will be deducted from your security deposit.
